Cookie Policy
We always set cookies that are necessary, because the website cannot work properly without them. Statistics and marketing cookies are set only with your consent given in the cookie banner. Last updated: October 2026.
The controller of data collected through cookies is Kancelaria Podatkowa Mencel sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw, Poland (KRS 0001012067). Full information on how we process data and on your rights: GDPR [LINK to the GDPR page].
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. They make it possible to remember, for example, your chosen language or your choice in the cookie banner, and to count how many people visit the website. Other technologies, such as scripts and pixels, work in a similar way — we apply the same rules to them.

Your consent and how to change it
On your first visit, the banner asks for your consent separately for each category. Refusing does not limit your use of the website. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the website footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of what we did before.
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may, however, make the website harder to use.
Legal basis
We set necessary cookies under Article 399(3) of the Polish Electronic Communications Law and on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). All other cookies are set on the basis of your consent (Article 399(1) of the Polish Electronic Communications Law and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Transfers outside the EEA
Google may also process data in the United States. This takes place on the basis of the European Commission’s adequacy decision on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, to which Google has signed up, and standard contractual clauses.
