  • Preparation and review of employment contracts, management contracts and civil law contracts,
  • International employee settlements, tax residence, foreign business trips,
  • Calculating contributions, submitting a declaration and acting in the client’s interest before the Social Insurance Institution (Zakład Ubezpieczeń Społecznych – ZUS),
  • Settlement of remuneration, benefit and bonus systems, and preparation of payrolls,
  • Conducting employee matters relating to the Company Social Benefit Funds (Zakładowe Fundusze Świadczeń Socjalnych – ZFŚS) and the State Fund for Rehabilitation of the Disabled (Państwowy Fundusz Rehabilitacji Osób Niepełnosprawnych – PFRON).

Technology defines employee matters just as it does all others. We are participating in this technological revolution. We work remotely, even conducting our affairs from another continent, we experiment with AI and assemble international teams, even for small projects. All of that affects the staff and the wages. At the same time, we must remember that Polish and European legislation does not follow technological progress. It is often us, tax consultants, accountants and entrepreneurs, who are proposing the most sensible legal solutions.
